On one hand, the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, especially the operation manager who went out of his way to assist us with sightseeing and even helped book a cable car for a stunning sunrise view. On the other hand, we faced an unfortunate situation with a payment issue that caused a lot of stress during check-out.
