I had a really mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, especially the operation manager who went out of his way to assist us with sightseeing and even helped book a cable car for a stunning sunrise view. On the other hand, we faced an unfortunate situation with a payment issue that caused a lot of stress during check-out. While there were some positives, the service clarity left a lot to be desired, which was disappointing.
